Information You Submit
Terms entered in a search box, such as a name, phone number, or address, go to the outside provider that returns sponsored results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those queries. A message sent to us contains only the details you choose to provide, and we use them to answer the message.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access. Aggregated logs help maintain the site and show which resources visitors use. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or similar technology.
How We Use Data
Limited site data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvement. We neither sell a visitor list nor assemble individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Sites
Government portals, Los Angeles County offices, California agencies, libraries, and outside search services set their own privacy rules. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination. Sponsored search results likewise come from an independent provider with separate practices.
Limited Data Sharing
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us, while analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may also respond to valid legal process. Visitor information is not otherwise shared by us.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may give residents rights to know, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information held by a covered business. We can review our contact mailbox and available server logs for a request sent through the Contact page. Government records held by Lynwood, Los Angeles County, or California agencies are outside our control. Requests to amend, remove, or restrict those records must go to the custodian. California residents may also use the state DROP system for registered data brokers.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
